The Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) and amendments made to the Privacy Act by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 govern the use of an individual's personal information gained by an organisation from dealings with the individual. The National Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act govern the way in which organisations should treat personal information.

As a result, PPX will apply the National Privacy Principles in respect of all information you provide in either making the application for Shares within their Prospectus or information submitted within their website.
The information PPX obtains from you on any application form is used to evaluate your application for Shares, as well as to manage your investment. PPX will retain the information you provide for record keeping purposes, however, once your personal information is no longer required, PPX will either destroy it, or retain it in a way that does not identify that it relates to you.
You have a right to know the information PPX holds and to require PPX to correct any errors. In this regard you can assist PPX to keep your details up to date by advising PPX of any information that appears incorrect. As well as reporting to you about any investment you may have, PPX may use your contact details to let you know about other investment opportunities, updates, newsletter and other special events.
